Who we are
We are an independent consultancy with more than 9 years of hands-on experience across IT support, infrastructure, Microsoft 365, ERP and web development. That mix matters: most of the problems we are asked to solve sit between disciplines, where a website, a business system and a network all have to work together.
Rather than specialising in a single product, we stay deliberately broad and platform-agnostic. We recommend what fits your business — whether that is a static site on Cloudflare, WordPress with Bricks Builder, ERPNext, Microsoft 365 or open-source tooling on your own hardware.

Our clients are small and medium businesses, professional services firms and growing groups that need senior work without the overhead of a large agency or an in-house IT department. If you have outgrown ad-hoc support and spreadsheets, you are exactly who we help.
Our approach
We keep engagements clear and well-scoped. Every project begins with a written proposal describing the approach, timeline and cost, and ends with documentation you own. We would rather do a small amount of work well than over-promise and under-deliver.

Where we work
We are based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, and work with clients across South Africa, remotely and on site. Most day-to-day collaboration happens online, which keeps things efficient regardless of where you are.

Leave things better documented
Systems we build or fix are documented as we go. You should never be dependent on one person — including us — to understand your own environment.
Treat security as a default
Backups that restore, access that is reviewed, and an edge that is hardened are part of the work, not an optional extra.
Say no when it helps
If a cheaper or simpler option is the right one, we will recommend it. Long-term trust is worth more than a bigger invoice today.
