Website rebuild and performance overhaul
An illustrative example of a WordPress site rebuilt on a static foundation — faster load times, cleaner SEO and a stack the client can maintain without ongoing developer dependency.
Placeholder case study — replace with a real, permissioned write-up.

Illustrative example. This is placeholder content, not a real client project. Replace it with a real, permissioned case study before launch. See
README.mdfor how to add or edit a case study.
The situation
A professional services firm had a WordPress site that had grown organically over several years. Pages were slow to load, mobile performance was poor and small content edits required a developer. The site ranked adequately for brand searches but barely at all for the services the firm actually sold.
What we did
- Audited the existing site: content inventory, page performance and search coverage
- Restructured the information architecture around the services clients actually look for
- Rebuilt the marketing pages as a fast static site with optimised images and minimal JavaScript
- Kept a WordPress instance for the blog so non-technical staff could still publish
- Added structured data, clean metadata and an automated sitemap
- Set up DNS, email and deployment on Cloudflare
The outcome
The illustrative figures below show the shape of the improvement a rebuild like this typically delivers. Replace with real, measured results.
- [PLACEHOLDER: performance metric, e.g. Lighthouse performance score before/after]
- [PLACEHOLDER: Core Web Vitals improvement]
- [PLACEHOLDER: search impressions / ranking change]
- [PLACEHOLDER: reduction in support requests for content edits]
